Amazing Yoga Teacher !

I had been suffering from a neck injury for almost a year. I had been through physio and all other treatments. Then I started to go to Barbara's yoga classes and within 2 weeks I started to see improvements. I had my life back. Barbara's approach was gentle yoga, she was hands on with her exercises for me. today I am100% pain free. Barbara classes are fantastic, she is an excellent teacher. Her enthusiasm and spirituality are evident in every class she teaches. I would highly recommend anyone of her classes !!!

Barbara Pearce is a great yoga teacher. She has helped me with my migraines and fibromyalgia by showing me proper breathing and poses techniques. I am really looking forward to her coming back to her Metis yoga practice!
