Hello, Welcome to Barefoot BLISS Yoga. Toni is a real person with real challenges both on and off her mat. She became a yoga teacher because she was inspired to be something more. Helping people feel better in their bodies, minds and spirit is an incredible career. Yoga has changed her life and she’s excited that it can do the same for you. All you need to do is be open to the possibilities. Everything else will fall into place. What she loves about yoga is that anybody can do it. Now she’s not saying anybody can stand on their hands or wrap their leg around their head but everyone can get on their mat, move and breathe and receive the benefits of this ancient practice. Yoga to Toni is more than a workout. It has changed the way she sees the world and the way she sees herself in it.
Nature moves Toni and touches her heart. She practices yoga to stay grounded, happy, healthy, balanced and connected to Spirit. This keeps her doing the things she loves most in life. All things rooted in love and gratitude, this is the recipe for life. Her teaching provides a relaxed atmosphere. She is a believer in sustainable yoga and teaches with a very real and down to earth style. Recognizing that each person’s body, range of motion, strength and energy is different, she creates a unique and playful space so students can approach their practice with wisdom, courage and most importantly unconditional love. Toni has been teaching yoga for over 8 years, a Retreat Leader and Shamanic Mentor working with people one on one to guide them on their own healing path.
Certified in Vinyasa Yoga since 2010 with Red Stone Yoga, Bend OR. I teach Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Gentle Yoga and Soma Movement. I’ve trained with Rolfe Gates; Liz Heffernan, Soma Institue; Peggy Profant, Om Shala. In 2017 I completed my 300 hour with Dolly Kaupp, Founder of Sacred Awakenings for my Shamanic Yoga Teacher Training.
I teach privately for students wanting and needing to go deeper into their practice, wellness and over all peace of mind and Spirit.
