I became a yoga teacher because I was inspired to be something more. Helping people heal from their injuries and life's challenges to have a more fulfilling, happy and healthy way of being is what I've been called to do.
After practicing with me I hope you will feel better in your body, clearer in your mind and a renewed fire in your Spirit. Yoga has changed my life and I'm excited that it can do the same for you. All you need to do is be open to the possibilities and everything else will fall into place. What I love about yoga is that anybody can do it and it's not just the yoga postures. If you're looking for something to inspire you to grow and transform into your fullest and brightest self I can present the tools you need to put yourself back in forward motion.
Nature brings me joy and sets my heart on fire! I practice yoga to stay grounded, happy, healthy, balanced and connected to Spirit. This keeps me doing the things I loves most in life. All things rooted in love and gratitude, this is the recipe for life.
My teaching provides a relaxed atmosphere. I believe in sustainable yoga and I teach with a very real and down to earth style. Recognizing that each person’s body, range of motion, strength and energy is different, I create a unique and playful space so students can approach their practice with wisdom, courage and most importantly unconditional love.
Toni been teaching yoga for over 10 years. She is a Retreat Leader and Shamanic Mentor where she helps you discover your own abilities to heal, become "unstuck" and step into your gifts.
Certified in Vinyasa Yoga since 2010 with Red Stone Yoga, Bend OR. Toni teaches Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Gentle Yoga. She;s trained with Rolfe Gates; Liz Heffernan, Soma Institue; Peggy Profant, Om Shala and completed her 300 hour Advanced YTT with Dolly Knaupp, Founder of Sacred Awakenings in Shamanic Yoga.

When I'm not teaching I love to mountain bike, hike, camp, read, cook, garden and spend quality time with the people/dogs who bring me joy!
