Good teacher

I am new to yoga but find Barry gives clear instructions and explains the benefits of each pose very clearly, which is very helpful. He is welcoming and friendly and always asks if you have any injuries he should know about. He also helps you to push yourself a little bit more to attain certain poses but without injury. A nice guy and I think a good teacher.
