I started Yoga after exessive use of the computer which led to physical complaints. At the gym there were Power Yoga classes. In the mean time I have switched to Hatha Yoga which suites me more. occasionally I still like to follow Power Yoga classes.
My interest are directed towards the classical Yoga.
Yama, NiYama and meditation are important for me. In the West the 'non-physical' aspects of Yoga are still undervalued.
Often I join Zen style meditation groups.
