I am a Kundalini Yogi who practiced Hatha for several years prior to discovering the Kundalini technology. Hatha was my introduction nto yoga, but I was needing to go deeper in my practice andthe intention was to work on my inner self as well as my outer being. Kundalini yoga has taken me down that path to become truly mentally and spiritually balanced. This practice helps me to make clear decisions, listen and operate from my heart more than my mind. I now see my life as a constant journey with new amazing, experiences everyday.
