I am a 200hr Hatha and Vinyasa Registered Yoga Teacher.
I'd love to help you find space in your body and mind to start the day off on the right food, to reset during your lunchtime, or to go to bed feeling more open and destressed.
I found yoga during a difficult time in my life, in which I was trying to overcome trauma and physical pain (due to a long illness and idiopathic scoliosis).
Yoga gave me the chance to better tune in with my body, to learn how to better take care of myself and my body and to listen to what I really wanted. It also helped my pain and my stress levels.
Through teaching, I hope to bring you the same love for yoga that I have and to possibly help you tune in with yourself and allow space for selflove and mindful movement.
