I began my personal journey into my yoga practice in 2006, when my passion for yoga was ignited in efforts to deal with my “so called” stressful life. Since that time, I have experienced many different styles of yoga such as, Yin/Restorative, Kundalini, Iyengar, Bikram, and Vinyasa Flow which has provided me with a scope of consciousness to the transformative and healing affects that yoga provides. My transformation through yoga has created a life of health and happiness for me that, I now get to share with everyone along my journey and has empowered me to live a life I’ve always dreamed possible.
