Yoga has become an important part of my life. Since beginning yoga, I have become physically stronger and more flexible but also I have become calmer and more mindful. From the moment I stepped on the mat and discovered yoga, I knew I wanted to share it with everyone.
I completed my 350hr Level 1 Yoga Teacher training at My Health Yoga. Learning to become a yoga teacher was an incredibly enjoyable experience. I am continuously learning, growing myself and my practice.
Attending one of my classes will allow you to discover the benefits of yoga at your own pace, or for those with experience, deepen your practice. After my class I hope that you will feel refreshed, balanced and open to new possibilities.
