Becky is a diverse and compassionate teacher, who has been practicing yoga for the past 4 years. She is a 200-hr certified teacher and has additional training in meditation, Yoga for Trauma (PTSD), and Yin Yoga. She also teaches yoga to individuals with depression & anxiety.
Becky's classes offer unique transitions & sequencing, with a focus on alignment and inner-strength, to keep your practices fresh and challenging.
Becky is a student of life and loves learning; she regularly attends teacher trainings & workshops, where she gathers knowledge and inspiration for her classes.
When she is not on her mat, Becky loves the great outdoors and camping. She is also an Ultimate Frisbee enthusiast, an artist, and a photographer. Becky has 2 great kids, who inspire her daily to have fun and not take herself too seriously!
