First and foremost Bel is a DANCER of LIFE with a serious taste for movement, smoothies, colours, travelling and the ocean. She is a dedicated student with a passion for yoga myths. Her Yogastyle is strongly influenced by the bio-mechanical principles of Anusara Yoga, the method she studied and immersed into for 10 years. Other styles like Power Yoga, Vinyasa Flow and above all the tantric philosophy of Shiva-Shakti are important elements of all her teachings.
Bel is a registered Yoga Alliance teacher on the experienced level (E-RYT200), licensed Personal Trainer, licensed Fitness Instructor, Conscious Movement Coach, Yogateacher's teacher and founder of LilaTribe.
