After practicing several different yoga traditions such as Bikram, Iyengar and Vinyasa flow it was Ashtanga Vinyasa which became my passion and inspired me to become a teacher. The balance of strength, flexibility and focus makes a dynamic workout and a graceful moving meditation. I draw inspiration from my students, fellow practitioners and the wonderful teachers I am lucky to practice with each week. I regularly attend workshops and classes by senior teachers. I teach with a strong focus on alignment and gentle encouragement, drawing on all eight limbs of Ashtanga Yoga to guide my classes.
