I opened my own hot yoga studio in Miami Firefly Hot yoga and had that for 8 years. Now I moved to Fort Lauderdale and currently I teach at the Infinite Wellness Yoga studio.
After teaching for 10 years; now I am specializing in private yoga classes.
I have helped people with a variety of conditions such as sciatica, lower back problems, MS, arthritis, depression and anxiety.
