Since then she received both her E-RYT200 & RYT500 through Yoga New Hampshire's Teacher Training Programs. In 2015 she had the pleasure of becoming a program director in Yoga New Hampshire's 200hr TT/DYP Program and led two 8-month trainings. "My experiences with those students were heartening, profound, inspiring and enlivening! It was truly an honor to be apart of their journey!"
In 2010 Beth-Aime began traveling to Southern India to immerse herself at the Shri K. Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute and since then travels annually to study Ashtanga Yoga and Sanskrit from it's source. With the countless hours of workshops and practice with mentors such as R. Sharath Jois, R. Saraswati, Govinda Kai, Maureen Miller, Robert Moses, Beth Berkeley, Margaret Fletcher, Dr. Jayashree, Prof. Narasimhan, Lakshmish Bhat, Leslie Kaminoff, Stacey Gibbons and Lisa Flynn it is with much humility and gratitude that she continues to share the yoga tradition with others through her own experiences and practice.
Beth the former owner of Living Yoga Studio, located in Concord, NH and is currently enrolled in Massage Therapy school at the North Eastern Institute of Whole Health. She teaches Ashtanga yoga and Sanskrit discourse throughout New England and is excited to share all she continues to learn with her students and community.
