Beth Cosi

I am the Founder of Bendy Brewski Yoga, a student and teacher, a proud momma of two beauties, an Innovator and business woman.
In an interview with The New York Times, June 2014, my work was heralded as the first yoga and beer pairing that is now sweeping the nation, of that I am very proud!

My passion is to bring affordable, good yoga to the people, wherever that may be, without any of the hype. I teach private classes in Corporate settings with Go Interactive Wellness, community classes around this beautiful city, and Sunday morning classes with BBY. I proudly represent the BEST skincare line on the planet, Rodan and Fileds!
