I am qualified to teach yoga for therapy and development to individuals and group classes. The Yoga I teach is adapted to individuals, it is accessible to all types of people, regardless of age, experience, health or circumstance. My objective in teaching Yoga is to help you gain improvements in health, mobility, fitness and clarity of the mind through practicing Yoga. I specialise in teaching individual lessons where I tailor a yoga practice to your needs for you to continue to work with at home. I also run small group classes over a course of a few weeks, and half-day workshops. I also teach one to one Yoga where the Yoga practice is tailored to your specific needs, whether it is for therapy or personal development.
