I am an approachable yoga teacher dedicated to sharing the physical and mental benefits of yoga with people of all athletic abilities and backgrounds. I set out to create a warm environment for learning, so students can relax and explore yoga safely to the best of their ability. My style weaves elements of Sivananda with Hatha to engage body with mind and to stretch, release and strengthen both. I use vinyasas to ensure the classes flow, and approach postures dynamically for a soft but deep experience. Group, workplace and private lessons across London.
