Bethany Manning, RYT
Bethany is a Restorative Yoga Instructor; she received her Relax and Renew® Restorative
teacher certification from Judith Hanson Lasater in 2015.
She focuses her teachings on Restorative Yoga, a quiet, internally-focused practice where the
body is fully supported by props to promote deep relaxation of the body and mind. Restorative
yoga health benefits include better sleep, digestion and stronger immunity. Her classes provide a
supportive and calming environment for practitioners of all levels by weaving together the
elements of asana (physical postures), pranayama (breath work), and meditation with attention to
correct alignment and gentle adjustments. Bethany hopes by practicing Restorative Yoga, a
calming hug for the overstimulated mind, her students will learn to drop into pleasant stillness
and feel peaceful in the present moment.
