Welcome! I am a 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with the Yoga Alliance. My specialties include Vinyasa/Flow, Hatha Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Nidra. I love introducing yoga to women to show them how yoga can increase strength and flexibility as well as help them get better sleep and reduce stress.

I am particularly interested in showing women around ages 45 - 65 how yoga helps to make you feel great. It also helps to alleviate symptoms high blood pressure, arthritis and sleep deprivation, as well as how it can help you feel just great! By combining physical poses with relaxation and breathing techniques, students of yoga can improve their overall physical health and emotional well-being. Yoga can also help to eliminate costly medication costs. Students who take medications should check with their physicians, prior to beginning yoga.
