I teach a holistic movement practice called the Nia Technique, which blends dance, martial arts, and yoga. As a Nia Instructor since 2008 and a Nia Practitioner since 2004, what I value most about the Nia Technique is my ability to express myself through movement. Because of this, I believe finding freedom within the form is one of my many strengths. In the end, the Nia Technique encompasses all that I love while also being a dynamic fitness practice that allows one to fully develop their senses.
