I have been practising yoga for about 15 years after training to be a dancer at The Royal Ballet, Elmhurst Ballet School and Laine Theatre Arts. When I started practising yoga it felt like I was finally being kind to my body and the breathing part of yoga has helped me dealing with stressful times in my life. I studied to be a teacher with Triyoga in London under Anna Ashby and Joey Miles. Annas' alignment based style of teaching appealed to my previous experience of being a dancer. I am qualified with the British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance and have also completed Anna's Restorative Yoga teacher training. I have a particular interest in teaching yoga to beginners and am looking to bring the 'active relaxation' style of restorative yoga to more people.
