Hi! I'm Beverly and I am a quirky, dog loving yoga teacher who occasionally enjoys a good cupcake for breakfast :)
I am 500 hour certified in the Kripalu tradition as well as 200 hour with Phoenix Rising Yoga. I am serious about my practice and teaching, but I'm not always so serious in my practice. My sessions encourage letting go of stress with "falling out breaths" and the warmth of sunshine on your face. With me, alignment, core strength and stability are a large part of your yoga practice, but so is listening to your body. "Your body is your wisest teacher, so go gently and be compassionate with yourself"
