I have a Master of Science Degree in Biomedical Health Sciences from Rutgers University, majoring in Integrative Health and Wellness.
I have a certificate in Plant-based Nutrition from Cornell University's on line program (eCornell & Dr. Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies).
I am currently also studying Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) on line.
I am a certified Raw Food Chef and Raw Food Teacher through the Un-Cooking School.
My work focuses on Hatha Yoga, Mindfulness Meditation, Integrative Health Coaching, Plant-based Lifestyle, and Self Expression through art & music.
