My practice began in 2005 with the intention to relieve stress and tension from a busy career. Yoga and meditation quickly became a way of life for me. I am passionate about yoga and meditation as a tool to gain perspective and as a modality for restoring and maintaining balance in our physical, mental and spiritual lives.
My teaching is varied from SUP Yoga to Outdoor Yoga, always in Acadia National Park. I love working with women and men from all walks of life and in all age ranges. Utilizing a personalized method, I take the lead of the client, helping them to achieve their purpose for deepening their practice.
