I love teaching all types of yogis. My focus is on alignment, breath, exploring, and learning something new every day! I teach Hatha, Gentle and Yin yoga, where we take a little bit more time for breath and to fine tune the postures. I also teach Power, Vinyasa and Kids yoga, including a weekly class at our local preschool, Lets Grow.
Off the mat, you'll probably find me in town with my dog. Otherwise, I'm up on the mountain working for the Karioi Maunga Community Conservation Project.
