I have been teaching yoga for over 10 years now. My journey began years ago, when I was very ill, unable to do the physical practice. I was only able to do meditation, visualization and positive affirmations. Bit by bit, I started to improve and my journey into yoga really took off. After practicing about one year I took Yoga Teachers Training. The rest is a history. I never looked back. Yoga saved my life and I have dedicated myself to yoga since then.

I am a yoga teacher who loves to inspire my students to reach their potential & personal goals, what ever they may be.
