Over 15 years ago I began studying yoga while still professionally employed as an information expert on Wall Street. My interest in the physical aspects of yoga soon translated into a better understanding of its philosophical and health benefits. I completed a two hundred hour yoga teacher training program in 2009 and began teaching an early morning class before hopping on the commuter train to the city. I have gladly given up my day job to study yoga, breath/meditation and Qigong, and to travel and develop a more healthy and meaningful life. My discipline, mathematical expertise and business/finance skills have contributed to my dedication. My yoga training has been both local and throughout the world and has expanded to include significant training with prominent practitioners. I believe strongly in the benefits of yoga, breath/meditation and Qigong and continue to teach yoga with joy and to share what I have learned.
