Yoga strums an interior chord - it makes us feel good. Through trusted ancient techniques we find the vibration that every human body is seeking: to feel as it once was, to be in harmony, to find peace.

Yoga teaches us about ourselves and helps us to relate on a different paradigm. It teaches us to be pragmatic without calculation.

The classes I lead are organic, co-creative, and involve your complete attention.

At the end of each class my fervent hope is that "In me and through me" people leave feeling enlightened and empowered. It is the foremost reason for what I do.

A great instructor, worth the drive

A fantastic instructor. Bill doesn't walk in with a predetermined plan for what is going to happen in each class, it changes from week to week.

There is plenty of description and demonstration of what we are about to do and adjustments as needed. More than anything Bill is encouraging to all, whatever their level or ability. He genuinely cares about the yogis in his care and it shows.

Be prepared to work hard and laugh just as hard at some pretty corny jokes.

Bill Foreman Yoga

Fine, experienced teacher, he always provides a good balance between demonstration and explanation. He looks for new ways to keep classes open and interesting, and they are always more than just exercise.
