Bitsy Moores is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200). She instructs in the Golden Isles teaching Gentle Hatha, Flow and Yin classes. Bitsy’s journey from joyful student to inspirational teacher was infused with both an extreme love of anatomy as well as respect for the healing art of yoga. “Unrolling yoga mat number one in college, I never imagined the practice would be a cornerstone of my daily life twenty-five years later.”
This life-long journey brings many disciplines into her practice for the enrichment of her students. Bitsy’s classes include elements of Hatha yoga, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Power, and Thai Yoga Massage. The majority of her current work is assisting those with highly individualized needs such as Parkinson's, Hashimotos Thyroiditis, Cancer recovery, Post surgical flexibility and Chronic pain. Come experience Bitsy’s personalized classes, structured to dynamically improve the flexibility of both your body and your smile! Her group classes are offered at four different locations including free classes at the public library on Mondays during the school year. Balance Wellness Studio is Bitsy Moores' primary venue for offering meaningful interaction to improve your well being through yoga. Both group class and private sessions are offered through the studio.
