Danish born but have been very fortunate to travel the world and discover many amazing places and learn from many beautiful diverse cultures and minds. Originally a classically trained dancer the negative, competitive, perfectionistic work atmosphere left me traveling and working in hospitality in Sweden, Denmark and Australia, practicing yoga sporadically for physical exercise mainly.

After rediscovering yoga in Copenhagen, while working in a massage and wellness spa, I booked a ticket to India and completed my 200 hours TTC with amazing teachers from Mahi Yoga & Parimukti Yoga in Arambol, Goa, India. It didn't take me long to realise that this was what I wanted to do for the rest of my life! Share the knowledge, joy and sense of self that you can achieve through regular yogic practices.

Since I became RYT200 I have been assisting my teachers as well as teaching myself on numerous TTCs in Goa and Dharamsala, India, opened a yoga studio of my own AeroYoga, named after the picturesque danish island where it started.

I've logged over 1000 teaching hours during these 3 years, ranging from private lessons to groups of 40, drop ins and workshops. Teaching Anatomy & Physiology, Teaching Methodology and various styles of Asana. Completing my most recent certification with Mahi Yoga I am a RYT500 and running teacher training courses on the beautiful island of Koh Tao in Thailand as well as mini-YTTC workshops around Northern Europe.
