Blaine started yoga initially to save an ailing low back! The practice became very important and he completed 200hr YTT with Shanti Hot Yoga in 2015. He followed this up with SUP Yoga teacher training in 2016. Also in 2016, Blaine studied with Brian Legere on lvl 1 training of the Great Yoga Wall system (BKS Iyengar inspired). Blaine teaches classes primarily rooted in Vinyasa flow techniques and Yin styles.
Blaine is currently studying the 5 Elements of Yoga online with master instructors such as Saul David Raye, Sianna Sherman, Janet Stone, Juan Pablo Barahona and Sreedevi Bringi.
Blaine volunteers regularly with the Nova Scotia Nature Trust and enjoys getting out for a good hike, some SUP or just relaxing in the hammock.
He continues to study and share his knowledge through all his classes, focusing on the ability to look within, relax, cultivate the subtle body energy and enjoy the practice!
