Nathan is a graduated Yoga teacher from Pranala Yoga in Bali, Indonesia, an ancient form of healing, that moves the energies into the subtle body, through the various methods of Yoga.

His favorite kind of Yoga combines two opposite styles, which is a very slow and restorative flow, mixed with the most intricate asanas. Addicted to inversions & balance, his own pleasure is to lead students, with the proper techniques, to the mastery of their own body, mind & soul, beyond their expectations. Strong of a 10 year gym training background, he also aims to help anyone of any age or physical condition, to restore their initial flexibility & comfort into their body, by integrating Yoga practices into their routines.
