Life as a sum of experiences; Yoga is experiential.
It's not a chore or a task; I do it because it is my greatest teacher in character-building. It teaches me to be self-reliant through knowledge and awareness; it is a practice of non-judgment toward me and others; it is a practice of discipline through patience and perseverance that makes it very personal and deeply spiritual.
I started practicing yoga since 2006 mainly in Vinyasa and Hatha styles. With the desire to discover more about yoga both in the physical and philosophical aspects, I completed a 900 hour teacher training in classical yoga at The Yoga Institute in Mumbai in 2012, since then I've taught private and group lessons in the Netherlands, Spain and India. The Iyengar method brought me back to New York and I will continue my training with the Iyengar Institute of New York through its two-year teacher training program starting September this year.
Let's support each other in the journey of practice, laughter and growth.
