Hilary fell in love with yoga years ago in an Ashtanga class while in college at the University of Miami. An avid traveller, she has learned lessons of yoga all around the world. Hilary incorporates myriad styles such as Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Power, Restorative, Yin, and Iyengar into her Flow classes. Her goal is to help you release stress and tension in order to feel invigorated, refreshed, and revitalized.
