Yoga and alternative health and wellness have been a passion of mine for over 20 years. This passion kept me alive though years of debauchery, mindless self destructive behaviours and slavery to the machine we call normal living.
I’ve realised that in order to live well, you need to nourish your body, mind and soul. When you get all three in line, you can achieve anything. This means living consciously, eating well, exercising, sleeping well, being kind and brave enough to be totally honest about who you are and what you need to live your life as you want to.
I’ve changed my diet, become interested in living really well and found a method that actually works for me. And guess what….I love my life and feel a lot better than I ever have.
I’ve left the corporate treadmill and do what I love. Even though life still throws me curve-balls, I am well equip to deal with them.
I’m not here to preach about my method. I can however, help you find yours.
