I am a 200 hour RYT, taught in the method of Dharma yoga. I came to yoga after a running injury. After beginning a regular practice, I found that yoga is not just physically healing, but emotionally as well. My classes focus first on breath and cultivating a quality of mind; the asana practice is secondary, but strong, focusing on core and endurance.
