I specialize in supporting your mental and physical wellness through Yoga, Meditation and other holistic practices.
I teach Yoga for fitness and stress relief and have a special interest in back abnormalities. Yet, while the physical elements of Yoga is important, it is the focus on your inner well being, expressed through motion and through breathing that is most important.
I used to spend my time in the office doing, what I thought then, was correct and good for me to do, but decided to change my focus to helping others. This will be how I dedicate my life to the community of people around me.
Apart from Yoga I have also been taught the skills of Reiki, a form of energy healing, and clinical hypnotherapy.
