Utilizing knowledge of Biofeedback in a rehab setting Bren combines both Western and Eastern training to guide others back to a holistic state of rest. Her love for nature, where she is often found guiding yoga, her experience in landscape and interior design and voice as an artist help paint with words during class a guided visualization. Bren provides individual Yoga Therapy sessions for individuals suffering from Chronic Pain and stress related illness, upon request. Also teach group: Meditation (several variations), Restorative, Bhanda Openers, Therapeutic Yoga, Gentle Explorative Yoga and Mixed level Vinyasa Flow.
