I began my journey in yoga due to severe back pain. I had been active for years in martial arts and soccer but began experiencing back pain and was told I needed surgery. I chose to take healing into my own hands by starting yoga and seeing a chiropractor. Yoga was just what I needed and I wanted to bless others with has helped conquer my pain. I began teaching at the chiropractors office and helping the patients be able to manage their pain through yoga.
