Already a practicing yogi, Brendon began seriously pursuing her yoga practice in 2014 in an effort to heal a rock climbing injury. She healed her shoulder and found a new passion for the peace and focus that yoga provided. The practice became a way to not only improve flexibility, mobility and physical strength, but a way to practice mental and emotional strength as well. She completed her 200 hour RYT Yoga Alliance certification with Summit Climbing, Yoga & Fitness in Dallas, TX in 2015 and has been sharing her love of yoga ever since.
Brendon’s teaching style is challenging but approachable, utilizing a steady flow of poses to build strength and create a consistent burn throughout class. She incorporates movement from other exercise modalities to offer interesting and well-rounded yoga practices.
