I began my yoga journey in 2009 as part of my recovery after having ligament replacement surgery on my ankle. What was initially intended to be a temporary strength-building regimen became so much more. Yoga taught me to strengthen my body in concert with my mind and heart, and to live more presently in the world. It became my passion, a lifestyle, and now I am making it my life's purpose to share this wonderful art with anyone and everyone.
After practicing with Cheryl Boyles for 5 years and completing my 200 RYT Yoga Teacher Training with Mark Stephens, I have gained a great deal of knowledge which allows me to make yoga accessible to all types of people. I love to connect the physical yoga postures with the breath, mind, and energetic lines in the body. For me yoga is a lifestyle and I seek to share its wonders with the world.
