I discovered Yoga about 20 years ago. I was suffering with anxiety and ended up in a weekly Yoga class where I learned to use breath and the body to move things through. I completed my teacher training in 2005 under Sandra Sammartino. Yoga is more than just a physical practice. Yoga is a way of knowing yourself and moving through your life in a more authentic way.
