Bret Kennedy received his RYT-200 certification through the Yoga Works Teacher Training program. He trained under Dani Ibarra, where he established a fundamental understanding of a well-rounded preventative and healthful practice. Bret has a strong interest in beneficial health practices, and graduated from Wichita State University with a degree in Health Science and Psychology. Transitioning from extensive exercise surrounding sports and exercise training, 4 years ago, Bret discovered yoga to be a cure for daily soreness and stiffness. Furthermore he likened that he could improve his body awareness and maneuverability in other exercise forms while maintaining his yoga foundation. Overall he appreciates the natural calming focus provided that rejuvenates the mind-body simplex.
