I'm an avid rock climber & yogi who enjoys being outdoors and a part of nature. I teach a blend of ashtanga & shanti style yoga and strive to better my abilities as a yogi. I'm very curious about paired or partner yoga and yoga & slacklining. I try to keep my body in peak condition both mentally & physically through climbing & yoga. I teach yoga and meditation at my own studio and also the local YMCA.
