Once a Chef. Living a stressed out intense life which didnt feel much like what life is for. I found yoga and after a few classes I was really starting to feel all sorts of benefits, more energy, more sleep, more smiling. I started practicing every day and soon enough my teacher was telling me I should be attending the advanced classes. Then i never wanted to leave the studio. I wouldnt have left the studio if i didnt need to eat.
I am from a small community of about 35,000 people and there is only 1 yoga studio here. I became qualified last year and am now starting off as a self employed yoga instructor looking to make a difference in the lives of whoever wants to learn.
