I am most interested in your health, growth and progress over the long-term. I understand that every 'body' is different with it's own unique challenges, and that that very same body can be incredibly different from day to day. Our emotions, hormones, accidents, life stressors - both big and small, even the weather changes our physical, emotional and mental well-being. I take all those factors into consideration in class - I am experienced in adapting the postures in the class for your specific needs on that particular day. As your practice becomes more regular, I will become more familiar with you and your body and what it needs to flourish.
