An avid athlete since early childhood, Bridget discovered yoga during her first pregnancy and stuck with it ever since because it enabled her to avoid injuries while remaining strong and flexible wherever her international marketing and communications career took her.
After practicing yoga for over twenty years (Iyengar, Ashtanga and Hatha), she earned the 200 hr Yoga Alliance teacher certification with the founder of Pralaya Yoga, Robert Boustany and Charlotte Borde. Focused on protecting the joints and rebalancing the muscles to ensure optimum safety and longevity, this style had particular resonance for Bridget, whose passion is helping people develop health and wellness lifestyles that work for their specific parameters.
Fascinated by the magic that unfolds in a classroom, she went on to earn the 500 hr Yoga Alliance certification in India with Santhosh Kumar at Yogadarshanam in Mysore, steeped in the most traditional aspects of this millennial discipline.
During her training and subsequent teaching, Bridget expanded her understanding of the subtle anatomy, honed her guidance techniques and tapped into her ability to inspire people to listen to their bodies, and sense when to let go, and when to go the extra mile so they can feel their very best.
Bridget now teaches private, corporate and studio classes in and around Paris as well as retreats around the world.
Her approach is dynamic but conscientious, leveraging breathwork to enable participants to move through diverse flows to ensure overall fitness, day in and day out. Particular attention is paid to calming the mind and channeling each person's potential on all levels. Her joy and energy are contagious.
Fluent in French, Spanish and English, Bridget can adapt to the diverse needs of her international clientele. Her goal is to help students feel their best, on and off the mat!
