I am an ISHTA yoga teacher. ISHTA is the integrated science of hatha, tantra, and ayurveda. I have studied under Alan Finger and his senior teachers in NY for the last 9yrs (living there for 6). I believe that yoga is for every body and that your practice is about finding balance with where you are at in the moment. Every time we come to the mat we should listen to our breath and our body to find balance in order to re-connect with the universal consciousness. It may be through asana, pranayama, meditation, yoga nidra, or restorative yoga- or a combination. You will find a blend of all of these practices in my classes. I teach groups, privates, corporate, workshops, and trainings.
