RTY 200 Yoga Instructor
I began practicing yoga nearly two decades ago as a way to relax, battle insomnia, and release the tightness built up from playing multiple sports. I've been a passionate yoga practitioner for the past six years, during which the benefits of regular practice have positively transformed everyday life and my journey through pregnancy. My devotion to the yogi lifestyle and desire to bring the benefits of yoga to others prompted me to attain a YogaFit Level 1 Certification to begin teaching. Continuing my education, I achieved RYT 200 Certification through Power Yoga Chicago, and I'm registered with Yoga Alliance. I teach PiYo, Power Yoga, Restorative Yoga as well as various levels and styles of Vinyasa & Hatha Yoga. I also offer private sessions, as well as facilitate a number of interactive workshops, including yoga for kids, prenatal/postnatal, and yoga for specific sports and interests.
