I have been practicing yoga off and on for 7 years. In the past year I have torn my ACL, and had surgery. Yoga has been my main form of therapy and recovery. I'm a runner and being able to run is a necessity. Yoga is more than just a workout for me, it grounds me. I want to share my love for yoga with everyone.
I'm new to teaching yoga. I am currently enrolled in Teacher Training at YogaLife with Becca Hewes. I plan to finish my training in the fall of 2015.
